  • All meals (ex. Snacks, soft drinks, etc) – Breakfast and Lunch are self made while Dinner is prepared for students by staff
  • All accommodation and bedding
  • Transport to organised programme activities

The fee also acts as the main source of funding for our Non-Profit Company – Wild Coast Community Vet Clinic. This funding provides the supplies and medications necessary to treat the animals of the greater Chintsa area.

 

Pre-Vet Programme

This programme runs from the first week of March to the first week of December each year with arrival/ departure day being the Monday of each week.

Vet Student Programme

This programme runs is a seasonal opportunity run three times a year for 3 week blocks on specific dates.

There is a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 7 people for each 3-week block.

This programme is only open to students in 2nd year of vet school and above. Students must be in their clinical years of study or about to begin this stage of education.

Pre-Vets or any students outside of this time frame will not be permitted to participate in this programme.

VS01/19: 24 June – 15 July 2019

VS02/19: 15 July – 05 August 2019

VS03/19: 05 August – 26 August 2019

 

Game Capture Programme

Safari4u’s Game Capture programme will be aligned to the dates of a major game auction in the Eastern Cape which are yet to be announced for 2019. The capture programme is held in the weeks building up to the event and culminates in students attending the auction itself.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you cancel your booking:

  • 8 weeks or more before the start of the course, then 20%of the full course fee will be forfeited.
    • 34 – 28 days before the start of the course, then 25% of the full course fee will be forfeited.
    • 27 – 21 days before the start of the course, then 40% of the full course fee will be forfeited.
    • 20 – 14 days before the start of the course, then 70% of the full course fee will be forfeited.
  • Less than 14 days before the start of the course, then 100% of the full course fee will be forfeited.
    • Postponement of a course will result in an administration fee being charged.
